The global GSSA, Air Logistics Group, expands further into Eastern Europe with the opening of its 65th office located in Serbia. The office, based in Belgrade was successfully launched on 1st December 2012.
The office is being overseen by Jindrich Hudecek, Regional Director Eastern Europe & Turkey and on a local level the office is managed by Ivana Ciganovic, Country Manager, Serbia. Ivana has a vast knowledge of the air cargo industry with over 14 year’s experience previously working for an airline and freight forwarder.
“Our new office in Belgrade is another step towards strengthening the Air Logistics brand in Eastern Europe,” comments Jindrich Hudecek, “the encouraging economic indicators convinced us that the time is right to enter the Serbian market, as the country has become a leading destination for foreigh investments in the region”
“It is also very important to us that we have country managers that know their local markets thoroughly so that we can provide the best service available to our airline principles; Ivana has that experience and local knowledge. With this experience and our strong Eastern European network we are excited about our future in Serbia,” concludes Jindrich Hudecek.
Air Logistics Serbia represents Alitalia as its launching client.
The Air Logistics Group network now totals 65 offices across 41 countries, with offices recently opened in Estonia & South Africa.
